McVaugh Custom Homes Inc. announces its plans for luxury townhomes and condominiums on the water’s edge on Southern Coast in East Shore, The Woodlands.
McVaugh’s sections to be built will be known as Oasis Pointe. The 18-acre tract of land features over 2,300 linear feet of water frontage on 200-acre Lake Woodlands that overlooks scenic South Shore Park. McVaugh Custom Homes Inc. will offer 110 homes featuring Southern Coastal architecture with lake and park views. Priced from $599,000 to $735,000, the townhomes range from 2,404 sq. ft. to 3,094 sq. ft. and offer two and three bedroom floor plans. Each townhome, designed by Sullivan, Stevens Henry of Houston, will consist of three floors and all will come equipped with elevator shafts, elevators are an optional amenity. Priced from $545,000 to $729,000, the condominiums, designed by Pappageorge Haymes of Chicago, range from 2,018 sq. ft. to 2,252 sq. ft. and offer two to three bedroom plans also.
With 24 priority reservations taken by McVaugh valued at nearly $15 million for the first phase of construction, momentum continues to build, according to Jim McVaugh, president. The onsite Sales Office will open early June 2006, although pre-sales are already in progress. This new product in Oasis Pointe will offer urban yet classic living convenient to all of the fabulous amenities available to The Woodlands residents.
