Warranty Requests
Warranty Requests are to be submitted online through www.mcvaugh.com. You will receive a call from someone regarding your warranty request items within 24 hours of submittal. If you do not receive a phone call, please call April Vander Vegte to confirm your request was received 713.682.2777.
Following are the steps to submit your Warranty Request:
- Visit www.mcvaugh.com
- Log on - entering your user name and password
- Click on "Jobs"
- Click on "Warranty"
- Update Contact Information if necessary
- Enter the number of Warranty Items being requested
- Accept understanding of the warranty process and terms
- Enter description for each item
- Click "Submit"
- Print Confirmation Page for your records
