Jim McVaugh, as both investor and contractor, has built townhomes, apartment complexes, office buildings and of course special single family residences. Drawing on this background, Jim oversees all phases of construction. Jim McVaugh, President
Head of the organization, Jim manages the overall business of custom home construction, and develops the overall goals and strategies of the Corporation. He initiates new projects, identifies development potentials, negotiates for properties and construction projects, as well as provides overall project planning and direction to project managers, trouble shooting problems, and handling various management issues.
Pam McVaugh, Vice President
Assistant to the President in handling administrative issues, Pam's primary responsibilities include researching and processing personnel benefits. She also files various administrative forms and claims, performs periodical reviews of projects and assists project managers with scheduling. She is responsible for administrative management in the absence of the President, and any other tasks as required.
