A Warranty Requests will be submitted through our Login link on this page or through our Database. You will receive a phone call from one of our representatives regarding your Warranty Request within 24 hours of submission. If you do not receive a phone call, please call our office at (713) 682-2777 to confirm your request was received. Following the steps below will guide you to your Warranty Request submission.
Once you Login, Click on “Jobs”.
Click on “Warranty”.
Update your Contact Information if necessary.
Enter the number of Warranty Items being requested.
Accept the Understanding of the Warranty Process and Terms.
Enter a Description for each item.
Don’t forget to Print a Confirmation Page for your records.
